Reality check, please!

http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-pizza-i21049

% Per slice, number of slices required for 100%

2% of daily potassium, 50 slices
5% of Vitamin A, 25 slices
1% of Vitamin C, 100 slices
7% of Calcium, c. 15 slices
2% of Iron, 50 slices
14% of Sodium
4% of dietary fibre, 25 slices

In short, even if you drank a lot of milk, juice, tea, coffee, etc., you would be deficient in many essential minerals and vitamins if you literally ate only cheese pizza.

Saturated fat AND Sodium 14%, 7 slices
Protein, 7.6 grams,  c. 12 slices for an adult male

there are a lot of people like this. I'm one of them. It is now classified as an eating disorder in the DSM-5.

It sucks. I hate it.

I thought I was alone in this problem, until I found a group of others like me online.

USDA is often 2-10 times what you actually *NEED* though.  Assuming it's not toxic in those amounts, they'd go with the 90% percentile(IE on this amount 90% of people won't get ill from lack of it), then multiply by 2-5 depending on how they're feeling.
