TinyFist: I recently replaced both the black and color cartridges in my all-in-one with high capacity ones and it worked great for a month or so. When I upgraded to windows 8.1 everything went to sh*t and I couldn't get my Lexmark to work wirelessly or even over a cable.

Granted, I'm not the MOST tech savvy guy. But still, I spent more on those two cartridges of ink than I would have just buying a new printer and starting over.

Thankfully got it working again this afternoon.

If you where tech savvy you would have a different printer.

Also her boss is an idiot. just ignoring the fact that she shrugged off having tons of printer carts around, some for models they didn't even have, how do you miss your printer budget escalating like that? Doesn't someone keep an eye on at least the agriaggregate expenses?
