That's funny, it didn't dial out to 911. It was trying to reach a private number.

A security system is a house? Is there words missing form this or is it just me?

We monitor many pot growing co-operatives, surprisingly most of them request that we place special instructions on their account not to dispatch the police.

Ah, Muskegon.  As many criminals per capita as Detroit, but much dumber.

Real good justice system we got going on here.  Four years for growing pot and owning a gun.

He was a felon. A felon can't own a gun. I don't agree with the sentence, though. More time for growing some weed than being a felon possessing a gun.

I am just shocked that even legal marijuana would want to keep police out of their place of business. I thought they were the good guys.

Pretty awesome scene to open a movie.

Whatever doesn't kill you, just makes you.....stranger.

A felon for what though?  Drug crimes, according to TFA.  Not sure how that makes it any better.

The home was unlocked, police said, so officers went inside

I'm going to guess that planning isn't this guy's strength.

It doesn't really matter.  A felon convicted of mail order fraud cannot legally possess a gun anymore than a felon convicted of murder.

Except for the drugs and arrest part, I had it happen.  We went out for dinner, and we get a call from the security service saying they had cops at our house.  Basically, the door wasn't pulled tight enough and the wind blew the door back open.  We guessed that is what happened because nothing was touched other than cop foot prints in my house.

Uh huh. Is that what the cops told you?
