Their "Long Dong" is average to them but small compared to American Dongs. It's why they are so belligerent.

Well I dunno. I mean assuming that in a gravity-less environment it still has to hit something, and that something was completly random (within some mile radius) the ocean would still be the most likely thing hit.

Man, North Korea is quite a clusterfark. The world has its hands tied on dealing with them since China its its very embarrassed big brother but a big brother none the less and both sides do not want to deal with the flood of refugees that will pour across the borders if they are dealt with.
But still some of the things ive been hearing lately about whats going on over there is horrifying.

PVC pipe and some estes rockets and you've got yourself a fun rocket launcher. Throw in some nichrome wire, and settle on a standardized rocket and its even more useful.

They are, however, sitting on a lot of elements from unusual parts of the periodic table, which are needed in the manufacture of solar panels. So there may be hope for then yet someday.

You know, why don't we work out some sort of agreement with China.  Okay, they will never stop wanting a unified China with Taiwan, too much genuine history there.  And with no real cold war, I expect China to become a true Hegemonic power over there.  Maybe we can guide them into a more stable way to achieve this?

We get them to relinquish some of their claim to the east china sea, and a lot more of their claim to the the south china sea.  We continue to assure them that we will not push them on Taiwan.

A multilateral agreement is made for a joint invasion.  China agrees, because a portion of North Korean territory is permanently ceded to China (let's say from Chonju to Hoemun), thus increasing their own controlled buffer, because they can't trust North Korea to honestly police the existing buffer in a stable fashion.  If NK does something really stupid, and invasion happens regardless of what China wants, then a unified Korea will guarantee a US ally knocking right at their existing back door.  The rest of Korea is unified, with Seoul as the capital, and we quickly pivot our existing military infrastructure there to start providing relief and aid to the people of North Korea.

Honestly, China is not looking to destroy the US.  Their current military stratagem is primarily focused on neutralizing US attacks, crippling us electronically, preventing us from being able to see them well enough to engage in long range strikes.  They just want what we wanted... to be the big guy on the block.  They need us as much as we need them.  They want respect, and the ability to grow economically.  They are no different or worse than us.

Plus, I am tired of the Kim's, their cult, their prison camps, their murders, and the constant starvation of people.  It's sickening.

Yes, I realize what I am suggesting is pure fantasy, and could never happen, but it's nice to dream.

I do wonder how China will deal with this now, since the uncle that Un either literally or figuratively fed to a pack of wild dogs was apparently about the only person in that government they could actually work with.

They want to be the *Only* guy on the block. If the US weren't around, they'd probably have turned South Korea and Japan into client states by now.

It's time to stop caring about what China thinks and actually do something about the North Korea. When did "Never Again" become "Never Now"?

The Chinese will NEVER allow the US to unite Korea under American control and influence.  Ever.  For any reason.

They will invade NK themselves and turn it into the newest Chinese province before they let that happen.

You know, I'd propose a deal to them.

We want to work out with them a 50 year plan to normalize North Korea.  Move them off military obsession, killing their people, etc.  The end game would be a complete withdraw of US forces from the Korean peninsula and trade deals with South Korea.
