That's a great idea, Georgia!  Poor folk have crappy cars anyway.  While we're at it, If we could increase the price of fuel to 5 dollars a gallon (but cut it for professional transporters so domestic goods (ie. Christal, Cigars, Truffles)  would be cheaper) I'd be happier than a tornado in a trailer park.
