(The Big Lead)   Barry Switzer says Johnny Manziel is a prince among men, a shining beacon of integrity, honor, faith, and purity of soul and spirit. Just kidding. He called Manziel "an arrogant little prick"   (thebiglead.com ) divider line

abhorrent1: Well..he is. Can't wait to see his shocked face if he doesn't get picked first in the draft.

So funny at Combine...you can see Manziel's face with that "I'm not first overall pick anymore" smug look every time Blake Bortles threw a pass at the Combine

forgotmydamnusername: Bermuda59: Johnny D-Bag says he's 6 feet tall, so he's not really little

Consider Switzer's perspective. By NFL standards, that isn't very big. Besides, I saw somewhere he measured slightly less than 6' at the combine. I'm bigger than Manziel, and pro linemen dwarf me.

5'11" 3/4 was his height

Really negative for Manziel was the 31 inch vertical leap...he lacks burst and quick first step...not good for NFL

TheOther: I used to hate Barry, but since he's no longer coaching, I will give him this: Barry is more honest and more fun to listen to talking than 99% of coaches at any level.

Who would have thought that after 30+ years of hating on Barry, I would have far more respect for him than I do for Joe Paterno?

AdmirableSnackbar: SilentStrider: More damning is Ron Jaworski saying he wouldn't take Manziel in the first three rounds of the draft, imho.

That's making me re-visit my thoughts on Manziel.  I get nervous when Jaws says something that I agree with even though in Manziel's case it's pretty farking obvious.

Some undersized QBs have succeeded recently (Brees, Wilson).  Why do you (and Jaworski) think Manziel can't?  Not trying to start an argument, because I really don't know enough to have an opinion.  Just curious.

Manziel is my Cade McNown pick to fail.
