Well, this being Fark after all the headline is completely wrong- the government is putting a tax on CANE SUGAR meaning that Coke is considering moving to Fructose which is now cheaper so Mexican Coke may not be made with real sugar but HFCS or something similar in the future.

Coke's "secret recipe" is a scam because it was a recipe before HFCSs existed. And Mexican Coke has regular sugar instead so the recipe has changed.
