Everything they cite is either a hoax, lie, deliberately misleading, or intentionally biased trash.

One of two things is going on here:

1. The police chief of Annapolis is grossly uneducated regarding marijuana, and therefore isn't fit to be the leader of the police in Annapolis

OR

2. The police chief of Annapolis is intentionally lying to further his own agenda, and therefore isn't fit to be the leader of the police in Annapolis.

Take your pick.

To be fair, many of the people who tried marijuana on the first day it was legalized in Colorado may be only just now be starting to experience the full negative impact. The gateway opens at different rates for different people, after all. I mean, you're eating "special brownies" at first, thinking this is cool, this is fun, this is yummy. And then in a week or so the high just isn't there anymore and you've gained a few pounds so you switch to the pipe, but that's too harsh on your lungs and so a few days later you're hunched over a water bong, and from there it's a short step there to freebasing marijuana, injecting it. Mixing it paint and huffing the fumes. Bongwater enemas. While it may be technically incorrect to say 37 people "died" on the first day of legalization, it's not entirely unreasonable to fear that we may be looking at a future where only 37 deaths in 24 hours is, by any definition, a good day.

So many jackoffs of the Arrest-Incarceration Complex are losing their sh8t about pot legalization. When pot is legal, there's no more need for funding rackets like D.A.R.E.. THAT is what the cops and the for-profit prisons really are afraid of.

37 people, dead, after getting the pot residue on their fingers.

what we need to do is increase the budget for those first responders who are fighting the good fight against the minorities that sell drugs to our children*.

".. I tried really hard to present verified facts."

I'm going to go out on a limb myself here and say he most likely presented zero 'verified facts', well other than a bunch of statistics out of context.

Considering there's really never been anything (in the form of an actual peer reviewed study) that says decriminalization/regulation will have anything but a net positive affect on society.

I'm overdosing on Colorado marijuana right now so I'm really getting a kick.

If 37 died of a pot OD the first day of sales imagine how many of us are dead now!

Retail sales of pot have been legal for 56 days so far,  Let's say the first day was an outlier for ODs and we've only averaged 20 people dead each day.  We would have had more than 1100 people die.  Doesn't he think that would be HUGE news?

/not to mention all the rapes, killings and DUI deaths.
//Colorado will be completely depopulated in another 5 years.
///Happy birthday George Harrison

Technically you can. If you can smoke something like 1000 grams in 10 minutes, it is possible.

Of course it's impossible for a person to do that.

I was going to say something like this seeing as how it's possible to die from drinking too much dihydrogen monoxide in a short period of time.  In fact, why don't we ban dihydrogen monoxide?  It's very dangerous.

Concentrates. Tinctures and edibles containing highly concentrated THC and CBDs. Nobody has died, but it has put people in the ER. Mainly due to people freaking out.

For those who haven't tried the latest generations of edibles, use caution, they ain't for the lightweight/casual user.

Primarily accidental ingestion, but there have been cases when it was just too much for the deliberate imbiber. Some of them are very powerful and will knock even experienced smokers on their ass. Seriously, they ain't a joke.
