Good lord this man sleeps at the most inopportune times. His first practice, team meetings, intersections in Tyson's Corner while driving drunk in the middle of the afternoon.

The Redskins had 3 second rounders in a single draft. The haul? Devin Thomas, Malcolm Kelly, and Sleepy Davis.

And this is yet another reason why Dan Snyder needs to change his team's name before all of his team goes savage.

Do it in a less conspicuous car than a Rolls Royce.

Ahhh... Vinny Cerrato, I'm glad he found a job in radio because should never ever be allowed near another NFL front office.

Sad story.  This guy was a beast before his injury.  Probably just sat around getting blunted and drunk while healing.  Now he's  just a wreck.

Great fit for the Cowpersons.

Jesus, 3 cop cars and a fire engine. I hope they had the SWAT team on the way, how do they expect to deal with a drunk dude passed out in his car with such a small response?

Hes large, black, and athletic. You don't know what he's capable of when startled from his drunken slumber. The lack of SWAT was almost criminally negligent to the safety of those around in the area.

Probably just cops in the area that responded to the call for anyone nearby to go to the scene.  Or the first cop ran the plates and they saw it was Fred Davis, and the shiatshow was on.

They probably were concerned of a possible medical emergency.

A minimum of two units will show up for a suspected dui or medical.  The third was either a supervisor that wanted to see what was going on or a third unit for traffic control.  Dispatch rolled EMS because of an unconscious person, I guess in this area the EMTs ride on the truck not an ambulance like around here which is not uncommon.

This is how cops in VA respond to brothers in cars. Not uncommon to see 3-4 cars at a traffic stop. And I have been pulled over twice and never had more than one car.

Strange.. I have never heard the race of the occupants ever mentioned when someone marks out on a traffic stop.
