He was good in The Spoils Of Babylon, which was brilliant in its badness.

/except Will Farrell, he just sucked.

exactly what I came to say.  His eyes are the exact same size and distance apart as they were in Forest Gump!  I think he still has his baby teeth, too.

You're the only one I have heard that like spoils, everyone else said it was so bad it could never be good.

Also, Didn't entourage suck and end its run like 4 years ago?

It was intentionally bad, so over the top it was ridiculous.

Well said!  Couldn't have said it better, myself.  Even the cute kid in the "Show Me The Money" movie turned out relatively well, despite going through an awkward phase a few years back.

Uh... how do you figure?

Lots of actors, from Seth Green to Matt Damon to porn star Sasha Grey have appeared as themselves on Entourage. I see Osment doing something similar to what Bob Saget did, a drug-using, whoring version of what people know.

Me too, his face is still eight years old.

Except in Saget's case, the Entourage version is the cleaned up version of him.

Fat is a bad look for him.  It makes his face VERY round which just accentuates his scrunched-in features:

But when he's a normal weight, his face looks fine:

Grey probably had to do a little cleaning up too.

Well I was going to say that he's still transitioning from teen to adult, but he's twenty-five years old.   Soooo......I got nothing.

Nah it's OK.  That stuff can't get through your computer screen onto her face.

I watched Entourage faithfully for 4 seasons, and the rumblings about there being a movie had me fired up. Then the series got so bad I didn't even watch the last 2 seasons, and stopped caring whether or not they made a movie of it. I think when Ellin's girlfriend started writing the scripts is when it went downhill.

I loved it, I have seen it several times. I liked Bicentennial Man (movie and book) as well. Something about androids living through several human generations that I find very cool.

You know the one that kid Haley Joel Osment is in?" For me, he kind of dropped off the radar since the flop that was 'A.I.: Artificial Intelligence' and the mildly successful 'Secondhand Lions' in 2003.

I love how people think that actors need to act in something every single solitary year, or there's something "wrong".

And A.I. was much better than people who didn't actually see it give it credit for. Secondhand Lions was a lot of fun also.

I went into that one expecting, "Meh." but it was remarkably fun and entertaining. The story scenes are great!

Yeah, we kinda caught it by accident, just happened to be on one night and really enjoyed it. Too bad they don't concentrate on story more often, we could have more movies like this.

Eyes Wide Shut was a great film, too. Kubrick never made a bad movie, including A.I.

Well it's not as if Kubrick was in any position to touch it.

And anyone who thinks the ending was Spielberg's fault obviously knows nothing about the film.

This. He dropped off the movie radar for a while while he went to drama school in New York. He's had steady work since he re-started his career, mostly in small indie stuff.

He more than held his own with Robert Duvall and Michael Caine in Secondhand Lions, 'nuff said.

And A.I. was much better than people who didn't actually see it give it credit for. Secondhand Lions was a lot of fun also.

I love that movie, even with John Williams treacly score; Kubrick, of course, would have used mostly pre-existing classical music. The first time I saw it I thought "Ah, Spielberg had to get all sentimental at the end" so imagine my surprise to find out that was how Kubrick planned the movie. Fun fact: we never see Osment's character, David, blink once in the movie.

Yeah, he could stand to lose some weight, the second photo that Mike Chewbacca posted is how he looks in the movie I'll Follow You Down, which still doesn't have a release date. I wonder if it's going to be a straight-to-video/download/whatever the hell it's called these days kind of deal, it has an interesting premise and a good cast.

The version I read (Roger Ebert) was that Kubrick had the rights for years and finally gave up thinking it unfilmable so he asked Spielberg if he would try.  I might have the details wrong.

I thought it was good but the ending was....well....deep.  Not sure if I understand it yet.

People are always whining about the ending. Fark you all, the ending was good. If it had ended with him sitting under water forever, like everyone wanted it to, that would have been way too cliche.

Everybody seems to think that was a typical tacked on Spielberg happy ending.

Nope.

I thought it was perfect. And tragic.

An artificial end to an artificial life.
