Are there non-synthetic panties? Is there a tree somewhere that bears the panty fruit, harvested by horny Japanese men every fall?

Synthetics are fabrics that don't exist in nature. They were manufactured chemically ie: polyester, acrylic, nylon, rayon, acetate, spandex, etc...

Naturals are things like cotton, wool, silk, satin, flax, jute, etc. that come from plants and animals.
