Lots of lies in this article!! As of right now, we have contacted our lawyer and they will be contacting this news channel about a lawsuit for incorrect information and slander!! We may not be cops, but we are and know largely respected individuals in this county that will not let this slide!! Can of worms are opened and the dig for the corrupt has started!! Nay take some time, but changes will be coming!!!

This may be the most impotent threat I've ever read online.

Can $100 be even considered a legitimate number for a hit?

It sounds more like a wrestler talking out of his ass on facebook.

As a semi-professional wrestler, why did solicit a third-party when he could've done the deed himself?

"Nay take some time, but changes will be coming!!!"

Isn't that like from the standard super villain script or something? Or the wrestlers handbook, where they have to make these outlandish speeches about how they're going to destroy the other wrestler in the ring?

Either way, hilariously epic.

My cell mates were supposedly 'hand picked' by the officer I threatened online. Two of them seem like really friendly guys. Bubba, offered to let me borrow some toiletry items and soap. The other guy, 'Itchy', (who's even bigger and hairier) is apparently a great cook and promises to teach me how to make tossed salads. (My wife makes the BEST Caesar Salads!)

There's one more guy who's about my size, apparently he's only been here a couple days...My roomies told me he hurt a little girl in a park. He doesn't say anything... Just lays on his bunk sobbing and crying all the time. He seems REALLY afraid of something. He sure is nervous. Funniest thing, I could have swore I heard him sobbing that his ass REALLY hurts! Isn't that the strangest thing?

$100?  What's he trying to do, hire a hit man with low prices who makes it up by doing a lot of volume?

To make a living at that, you'd have to kill several people a day, every day.  Except for weekends and major holidays, of course.  On those, you should either get the day off or charge double.

It's called "paying dues." You are probably one of those damn entitled millenials who think you can just clock in at 8:00 a.m., whack someone, clock out at 8:15 and get a $100,000 check and praise for your initative.

Sigh... I've reached the point where I calmly know where to go find a cop to harass a guy parked in my lot that I suspect of being a dealer. I'm not in favor of prohibition, but it's scummy to have a dealer just sitting there. It's 2014, get a burn phone.

The driver, a woman, was taking Santee and another man home because they were intoxicated. The officer found the woman had an expired license and made the group arrange another ride home.

That'll learn 'em. Next time have the drunk guys drive home.

The Pinellas Park officer pulled over a Ford Mustang that Santee rode in about 2:45 a.m. Sunday after its driver failed to obey a yield sign, police said.

I'd be pissed too. Just because it's almost last call shouldn't mean cops can make up shiat to pull you over.

Ranting drunkenly on Facebook about getting a ticket is a little different than trying to solicit a hit on a cop. One is just venting. The other is a low-grade felony in many states, and a misdemeanor in others.

I do not feel sorry for this guy at all. The police could have arrested him that morning because he was (a) drunk and (b) calling them "pigs". That's a disorderly conduct charge right there. Next, when they tried to put cuff on him he was drunk and so there would have been a little confusion and bam that is resisting arrest charge. The police could have been jerks; instead the police were cool about it and let him and his friends go and so what does he do...gets home and then starts threatening to kill them!

Idiot.

worlddan: The police could have arrested him that morning because he was (a) drunk and (b) calling them "pigs".

I don't think either of those should be arrestable offenses. To be honest. Drunkenness should be legal as long as you're not doing anything else and police officers are not magically beyond free speech just because they were able to pass a simple fitness test and score in the median range on a written exam. Sure, it's a monumentally bad idea to treat ANYONE with that kind of discourtesy, but if we go around criminalizing poor manners we'd have more people in jail than out.

But putting a hit on someone? Cop or not, joke or not, that's criminal and this is one of the rare cases that makes it Fark.com where I agree with how the police handled the situation. I've been titanically drunk and ready to do all kinds of stupid things, like eat day old sushi, but to put a hit out? That's a crime.

(720 ILCS 5/8-1) (from Ch. 38, par. 8-1)
Sec. 8-1. Solicitation and solicitation of murder.
(a) Solicitation. A person commits the offense of solicitation when, with intent that an offense be committed, other than first degree murder, he or she commands, encourages, or requests another to commit that offense.
(b) Solicitation of murder. A person commits the offense of solicitation of murder when he or she commits solicitation with the intent that the offense of first degree murder be committed.
(c) Sentence. A person convicted of solicitation may be fined or imprisoned or both not to exceed the maximum provided for the offense solicited, except that the penalty shall not exceed the corresponding maximum limit provided by subparagraph (c) of Section 8-4 of this Code. Solicitation of murder is a Class X felony, and a person convicted of solicitation of murder shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 15 years and not more than 30 years, except that a person convicted of solicitation of murder when the person solicited was a person under the age of 17 years shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than 20 years and not more than 60 years.

Just like a traffic ticket.

I would think they'd be more able to get him on making a terroristic threat versus actual attempted murder/solicitation. The later seems like it'd be really easy to get thrown out of court.
