I think that's referring to the 23 pound baby born in 1879, but the paragraph was broken by the pic. Not a great article so I can't say for sure.

OK, that first picture actually made me laugh out loud.  DNRTFA, came here to share my lol, and found out the kid died.  Well, that's depressing, and stopped my laughing post haste.
