You should call an engineer whenever you have a problem. Engineers are problem solvers.

Please, dear god, don't......
I already get the most bizarre things asked of me as it is. Please do not encourage further 'WTF'-isms.

I can see that I'm not going to be the one to solve this particular problem.

Dayam.  Sorry.

Two years after completion, the Nakatomi Corporation bought the property and Hans Gruber and John McLain showed up and it was Yippee Kai Yay Motherfarker the rest of the way.

Old Vanilla is one hell of a good design architect. If you got a counter-top space problem, yo, he'll solve it.

That, and I've also come to the realization that most people don't actually want their problems solved, but just someone to whine to about them and someone else to blame.

A tall structure that is not continuously habitable is not classified as a building, just a tower. That would still be considered the tallest free-standing structure west of the Mississippi, but the Wilshire Grand would be the tallest building west of the Mississippi when it's completed.

Good to see this large erection considering the huge hole that exists in the construction industry right now.  A very large erection of this type is needed... so, so needed.
