In related news, the website Fark.com authorizes a "Utah" tag.

I agree with this decision. If people were imprisoned for being an idiot, we'd all be serving life sentences.

I thought the charges where dismissed against Elmo.

There's infantilism--which, whatever. If that's your thing, go for it be happy crapping yourself and drinking from a bottle. Some people enjoy enjoy acting like anime characters, some people enjoy regressing to childhood. Whatever.

But for fark's sake, keep it at least a little private. If you want to wear diapers or whatever, for the love of dog don't expose it to the world like that. There are online forums where you can do that, anyway.

I don't expose my particular kinks to the world, and I'm fairly certain the world is grateful for it.

Utah: Where it's ok to show little girls your diaper and have families with multiple wives, but you can't be gay or drink alcohol because of the children.

"When asked what concerned parents should do to protect their children from this kind of behavior, Hamilton suggested a conversation about strangers and what to do when someone makes a child uncomfortable."

How about raising them with a farking sense of humor? When a guy pulled up in a van and exposed himself to my sister while she was riding her bike in the driveway, she started laughing, pointing, and calling for the other kids nearby to come and check out the guy who's got his wiener out.

"We have the right to be weird."

I like this judge.

FTA:"Mr. Bagnes' conduct is certainly unusual, strange, creepy, weird. It is a lot of things; it is uncomfortable. But what it is not - it is not criminal... We live in a society where we have rights and we have an absolute, unequivocal protection of these rights: We have the right to be weird. We have the right to be strange. We have the right to make people uncomfortable. Those rights end where criminal conduct begins."

What is this guy's Fark tag?

This guy should get together with the Diapernaut.

You can drink in Utah.     It's actually easier there than in much of Texas, Kentucky, or Virginia.

Cheaper, too.   A lot of places are BYOB rather than selling you marked up stuff.

I've not tried being gay in Utah however.

I hope they would  also   defend the right  of the parent to cut off his parts and shove them down his throat until he chokes to death.  Who would defend this waste of oxygen?

On a more serious note, what are the laws around flirting with a minor? Even if he didn't explicitly try and molest a child, in his mind he did flirt with one.

Well, as you know, we have many laws criminalizing things that occur in someone's mind, so I'm sure the Thinkpol will be by to arrest him shortly.

Utah is the place where the drones in the school cafeteria will take a kid's lunch after they've given it to him and throw it in the trash rather than let him eat it.  This shows the mindless government drones don't give a rat's ass about the children.  Live politicians everywhere else, they use children as a tool to get  votes.

It never ceases to amaze me: The shiat white people can convince other white people to let them get away with.
