They're seniors in Gary. Haven't they suffered enough?

"Someone from inside the social club returned fire and shot the suspect," King told reporters. "When he came in he told everybody to get on the floor and he had a gun. He was armed with a weapon. That sounds like the fruits of a robbery."

I thought the fruits of the robbery was the loot. Fruit? Loot? Fruit Loot! Ah say, Ah say, almost a pun, there.

"That sounds like the fruits of a robbery."

I didn't know that the fruits of a robbery made sounds.  Do they sound different from the fruits of murder or kidnapping?

I don't think anybody has ever said that categorically.

But you do, and that's what's important here. That you reinforce your value system

I have it on good authority that this is just a cover up.  What really happened was that the gunman was about to shoot someone, when a little old lady accidently drove her car through the wall, after mistakenly thinking her car was in reverse, while attempting to pull out of a parking space.

Does anyone have a down the barrel of a gun gif like the ones in Bond movies? But Parkinsons shakey.

"Police officers remained on the scene early this morning, walking in and out of the social club."

IANAJ but the article seems to have been written by a moron.

What'd you do at work today honey? Oh, just walked in and out of a social club. That's what I get paid to do.

Seems like nobody really gives a rat's fark who shot the perp.
It'd be fun if everybody claimed they shot him.

The only thing we need to know about the guy who shot the perp is if he's getting more range time.

The punk is lucky. Nothing quite as dangerous as a pack of pissed off old people.

I always thought 'social club' was just a slang term for a mob house  in Chicago.
