Really miss Art Bell and wish he'd stuck with Sirius as George Noorey seems more interested in religious mysteries than scientific mysteries.

I really want him to do some live-streaming podcast style show and be able to buy old episodes. Apparently Apple does internet radio now.

FARK I love the show so much, I don't believe a lick of it but Art always made sure to have good storytellers on the air. There's only been a few people where I thought I was endorsing their delusions instead of just lying to me.

I miss Mel's Hole, Shadow People, JC, etc

just go to you tube and type in 'art bell somewhere in time' and BAM! boat loads of old Art shows!

It's what I'm doing now. :)  I found that that he has an internet radio thing going now and I'm going to check it out.

Speaking of which, maybe you can help me out. I'm trying to find the show mentioned in the famous Shadow People episode with Thunder Strikes, where we first hear of the shadow people. This would be 2000-2001 sometime.

A caller called in and started describing his encounters with shadow people at his family's remote cabin as a kid. His family had moved there when his older sibling died in a car accident and it was so remote people used "x miles north of the creek" for directions. I believe it was the first mention of shadow people because the caller and Art weren't using the term and seemed confused by the whole concept.

I listened to it as a teen at 3am and it freaked me out, I've been dying for a copy.

yea i listened to that show about 3 weeks ago, pretty sure you just have to type in coast to coast am in the you tube search and it might be on the 1st or 2nd page
