The headline makes no sense.  The referendum was on immigration, not banking secrecy.

That article was spectacularly poorly written.

The journalist was so concerned with telling me what people think of the referendum, he forgot to actually give any useful information about the referendum or why the Swiss voted the way they did. I was no better informed I was after reading it than I was after reading the damn headline.
