YOU want to complain? Look at these shoes - only bought them a week ago and they're worn right through...

Why? I'm thinking it is not the double nose thing as it is not exactly a hidden trait.

Send him to Barcelona.  I hear they have dogs with no noses there, so it would be a perfect match.

Without knowing the details, I'd say it was most likely because a lot of people underestimate the energy levels of working dogs, and aren't prepared for the HUGE amounts of exercise, both physical and mental, needed to keep them busy and out of trouble. A bored dog is a destructive dog, and all that...

Try the two bulldogs I owned: 1) had a deformed jaw that made her look like Jim Carrey's face froze, #2 was deaf but could hide it.

#3 I have now was born with his eyelids blocking his eyes until his previous foster Daddy paid for the surgery to let him see.

I'm wondering if he's had four owners if he isn't as sweet as the adoption people are making him out to be, especially if there's no extra cost associated with it.

There's really no need to keep breeding bulldogs. They're all crippled in some way; their lives are a cruel joke. Just think, if they quietly went extinct they'd never know it.

Done in two.

What a shame this boy is having so much trouble finding a home. He's gorgeous, been given a clean bill of health, and has a great temperment. Anyone would be lucky to have him.

I'm going to go with it has nothing to do with his health or temperment, but everything to do with folks realizing they just adopted a Belgium Shepherd puppy. It would take a special person or family to handle the sheer intelligence, curiosity, and intelligence of this pup. I would be intimidated quickly. We'll stick with our uber lazy but uber sweet mini-dachshunds thankyouverymuch. One is pretty smart and the other is pretty dumb, so they even each other out.

I wasn't suggesting he was violent - just that he was more than a handful.  Dogs require tons of effort, especially when they are puppies.
