Glad to see this covered. I never wanted to play a rigger, but I did envy some of the toys they had in some games. =)

Nope. The Mach-5 had a drone that Speed could use. It was button "G" on the steering wheel.

So instead of having a satnav which can connect to the internet and tell you the traffic conditions all the way home and exactly which route to take to get there quickest you have a flying drone that launches from your car and tell you that, yes, the traffic is not moving for about a mile.

Thanks, that`s really helpful.

How long until someone crashes while driving in third person using the drone?

Come on, this has great potential

Huge aftermarket opportunity for someone to equip with a loudspeaker "MOVE OVER YOU A#HOLE!" and small cannons ("purely to fire warning shots Your Honour")

It would come in use by flying in front of the car to warn of dangers on the road ahead

I could help out other drivers by having it fly circles over hidden police cars, flashing its lights for attention.

yup, but hopefully the Renault will have alot less Vehicular manslaughter that the Mach 5 caused.
