Sounds entrepreneurial to me.

Hate to break it, but Duck Dynasty kind of farked the beard thing for awhile.

We need the Sensible Clean-Shaven Men Coalition. And we need it now.

That PAC has to be like 99% for ironic acronym purposes.

"Bearded Entrepreneurs for the Advancement of a Responsible Democracy"

Nicely done, fellows.

Definitely for the acronym, since "Neckbeards for Prosperity" would make for cheaper bumper stickers.

I am surprised "Americans for the Win Tomorrow" only has $100 on hand.

I wonder what the "horse association" ones are about.

The We Just Want Stephen Colbert to Come to Our College PAC, is in the lead here, it seems with just under $1000.00.

Way to shoot for the stars guys.

Rove's failed in all of its stated goals. I'm not sure it's very powerful.

As was the Society of Pro-Acrylic Knitters.  Americans for Wayne Newton will issue a press release later today.

Semi-serious question:

Could somebody, let's say a buddy of mine, legally start his own little PAC just so he could collect a few donations, then buy a few banner ads on the internet, or maybe a cheap digital billboard placement or two just for the sole purpose of trolling the candidates and supporters?

Not a bad idea... You could actually build an Independent, non partisan one there. It would be rough going at first, since the GOP is Mostly Derp, and the Tea Party is Entirely Derp, but eventually you'd get moderates from both sides and Independents if you only focused on the truly stupid shiat that's out there. Hell, it could be The PAC that Saved America®

Anarchy PAC just sent a blunt and a hand written note reading "f**k the po-po."

Seriously, I never understood how anarchism is supposed to work. It just seems to be "we hate the government and corporations but we're too stoned to come up with something better so we'll just write down a bunch of buzzwords."
Maybe someone could educate me about it?

I disagree with the above people who said yes.  I think you need to state a purpose that benefits society in a non-political way.  You can then fill that mission statement by buying ad space to troll candidates and supporters.

I don't think you do, but if you do it's pretty easy to come up with some vague boilerplate.

Careful, get too much herp in your derp and the rules change.  You can still be tax-free, but your donors can no longer be anonymous.

Hey anyone know the laws about these. Can I start a PAC with some teatard name like "Conservatives for the impeachment of Obama" and collect large sums of cash from tea tards then basically pay myself most or all of the cash in operating costs?

I think you have to be slightly more creative about it. You could pay yourself a nice salary, of course, but for everything else you'd probably have to launder it through "book sales".
