At that time, Monsignor Tarantino gave defendant McLaughlin a wooden sex paddle with the following inscription engraved on the paddle:

I'll tolerate the spanking as long as none of my tax pennies are given to the BBC, because "Dr. Who" is stupid.

An adult woman?

This is an improvement.

Not good, but at least a step in the right direction.

She claims McLaughlin sent her offensive emails, such as "a picture of a hand holding a penis."

At first I read that as "a picture of a hand holding penis".

Which would be pretty impressive.

nope.  but I have heard of putting the devil back in hell

/ the devil is the penis. hell is the vagina.  it means to have sex.
// boccaccio taught me that.  hermit priest put the devil back in hell with some young girl until she wanted more religion than he could give.

It took that poor woman a year to realize she didn't like having all 3 inputs abused as well as having her butt beaten raw with a paddle?

Is it wrong that I enjoy it so much that Fark's frequent response to allegations of horrible sex crimes is the "NAME OF SEX CRIME? Sounds like NAME OF GROUP/INSTITUTION KNOWN FOR ITS MERCILESS PUNISHMENT OF HAPLESS INNOCENTS" joke.

It states she was a single mother with a 3 year old kid and she would be living on the street without the job.  Parents will go to amazing lengths to protect and take care of their children.  To me that makes the abuse even worse because the guy knew her situation and targeted her.  This is sick and disgusting and I hope she takes him for everything he has and her kid is set up for life.

She did not, she remained at the job for three years.  TFA is based only on allegations in the complaint in her lawsuit for wrongful termination.  The other side may say it never happened or that she was a willing participant.

One year that is, sorry.  Anyway no reason to think she is not telling the truth that she stayed because she needed the job.

She got sodomized and spanked in San Francisco for free?  Doesn't she know how much is usually charged for services like that in Frisco?  They should be suing her.

mcmnky: An adult woman?

Not good, but at least a step in the right direction.

Well No actual priests involved in this story either.,
And I have to say I find this story more than a little odd in that she apparently never complained to anyone, not the cops, not the monsignors, anyone after she was not merely sexually harassed but  beaten and even raped.   I know guys are stupid but if the guy did not feel they were in a consensual DS or BDSM relationship why would he send her so much incriminating evidence?

Multiple years of getting up in the morning, getting dressed, and heading off to the job where they abuse you, literally? Meh, my pity must have stopped at a police station at the way to work today because it sure as hell ain't here.

Unless the able-bodied, non-disabled, adult victim is physically locked in a cage for a few years, there's absolutely no way the "victim" can be abused for that long without choosing to allow it to continue for that long. If someone rapes you, you go to the police. Hell, some people might even just move or get a new job or kill themselves. But you don't go back the next day, and the next day, and the next day, and so on for years. How many times does someone get to decide to show up to be spanked before we call it "consensual"? I vote for "as soon as they know it's going to happen if they show up."

2014-02-04 03:59:43 PM
If this story is real she'll have ample evidence by way of text messages and emails and possibly video evidence. If it is real she'll have a solid and well justified court case. It sounds like prison time could be in the works. What I find curious is there is no talk about any of this evidence being presented. The evidence should be overwheming according to the story.

I don't know where subby's getting all the misconceptions, but those of us employed in the sodomy and brutal spanking industry already pay our fair share of taxes, thank you very much.

That's the part that I don't get.  NOBODY would openly admit to what amounts to rape and then sends all the evidence to the person.  I'm going to have to side with this was all consentual and then a tift happened so she brings this to light to make him look bad.

the phrasing that caught me was the text she quoted where he specified that he was going to give her a "punishment spanking"  which adjective strong suggests that he gave her other kinds, that she may have enjoyed.   Honestly this reads to me more like a woman who was having a VERY kinky affair with this guy, and was more than a little pissed when screwing the boss didn't also automatically equal "job security".

Kinda like a girl I knew back in law school was was happily screwing a professor but blew the whistle on the affair when she got a "D" on her exam from him.   Since law school exams are supposed to be anonymous, we never knew if that was a reflection on her legal skills or other talents
