karmaceutical: Conservatives decry Obama as a dictator, but cup Putin's balls whenever they can.

He's their strongest tie to a time when their anti-communism actually meant something.  It's like being able to go to a tribute band concert where one of the original backup guitarists comes out and plays a surprise set.  Fond memories of a time when they were younger, better looking, and relevant.
