Even better is the article whining about Jerry Seinfeld in the sidebar. Writer has serious butthurt.

I'm not a Halo fan and have only played maybe an hour of the franchise total, and my first thought was 'man, 4 years? Work faster you lazy bum' but wow... there is a shiat ton of detail in that and it is deeply impressive.

48 hours' work to make, 4 years' work to afford all the pieces.

Lego sculptures are only impressive up to the bread box size range. Anything bigger and it's too expensive to be considered a proper Lego piece.

I only looked at the pretty pictures and didn't do any reading, but how the fark does he support it? It doesn't have a flat bottom and that sucker must weight a heck of a lot...

I saw that too and read it... Dear God that writer is placing words in his mouth that he never said.

And the sculpture looks impressive. But not the most impressive I have seen. That goes to the LEGO store at Disney for many years of awesome LEGO sculptures. Seeing a crashed alien ship with the Grey trying to hitchhike and the sea monster in the lake. Its Snow White and the Seven Dwarves there now. As well as Dragon Malificent and the Prince battling.

Still awesome though. Wonder if its one solid piece or if its hollow inside.

Halo is the most overrated video game franchise in history.

But doesn't MEGA BLOCKS have the HALO franchise??

Aww, I thought it was going to be the Ringworld Halo itself.

Now that's how you do it. Much better than those overpriced kits that you can only build the picture on the box from. Those are not LEGO, they're snap-together models.
