Thats not an idiom or a simile. The reporter was describing an event where an SUV hit a backhoe. They even provided video proof that it had happened.. wtf is wrong with you wanna be grammar nazi's?


This isn't grammar nazi pedantry.  The article reads like it was written by a 5th grader describing their ride into class.
