I don't really like pro bball, or Boston, but that was classy as hell. Nice job, Celtics!

Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and "Class" do not belong in the same sentence.

Cool! I'm digging this rather new trend of lengthy, detailed video tributes to fan favorites who are now on the visiting team.

Which had its origin in the final minutes of the Eastern Conference Finals when the Celtics were losing to Philly, and the crowd was chanting it to the Sixers who were on their way to play the Lakers in the Finals.

Dammit.  When are we gonna shake this Spygate thing once and for all?

Of course - that way they can make them start pining for the old days and get them off their game. Don't really want to taunt the KG.

More like National Thug Association, am i right?

Oh for the days when basketball was a gentleman's game.  When true sportsmen of the hardwood showed grit, determination, hustle, and respect - legends like Kevin McHale, Bill Laimbeer, and Kurt Rambis.  These men played the game The Right Way.

Yeah, look out, he may drop 7 on you

did they play the clip of Paul Pierce getting carried off the court with an injured vagina only to return less than 20 seconds later?

I was thinking he might punch everyone on your team in the balls.

They also lived by the Warrior's Code, something that we cannot possibly understand.

Someday Tim Duncan will retire and we'll hear about it at the beginning of the next season.

Absolutely love the message they gave with the two squares on the retired number banners.  And they damned well deserve it.  Paul lived through Pitino.  I know KG wasn't around for it, but it's not like what he went through was much better.  And either way, the two of them combined with Ray-Ray got the Celts back to where they belong, and smacked down the gold-and-purple Fakers in the process.

Thanks, guys.

Ok, I know KG has the rep, but I had never heard of Pierce being that way. What'd I miss?

That made me stabby as a kid, and still does to this day.

I grew up idolizing Bourque, and to see that fisaco unfold was like your older brother telling you there was no Santa...because he caught your fat, bearded neighbor doing push-ups on top of her when she should be baking cookies.

If he was classy he wouldn't have gotten stabbed?
