2 Things:

1)  Those must be some sour grapes, Mr Romney.

2) "Glitch, please"  HAAAAA!!!! Awesome.

Don't Troll Me Bro!: 2) "Glitch, please"  HAAAAA!!!! Awesome.

Best moment certainly. I spent most of that wondering who actually thought that was a good idea.

You know, other than the GOP who basically  just got free air time there.

Pretty sure Fallon did it cos he's officially out of any other kind of ideas.

Top guess is Romney did that in order to shore up what left of the Romney family name political brand cos his kids are thinking of getting into the game at some point.

White horse prophecy awaits and all that.

I made it as far as seeing Jimmy Fallon's face before closing the tab.

I honestly don't have a reaction to this, except for mourning Jimmy Fallon and The Roots.

Jesus fark this was terrible. Welcome to Leno, I guess, Fallon.

I keep seeing Mitt Romney trying to become relevant the past few days. Does this mean he's going to lose a bid for the Presidency again?

I've seen that too and am not sure what's going on. I suspect it's just a post election move to Mitt Romney, senior statesmen...

It isn't like Romney was busy or anything.

So I take it Mittens was allowed part of his soul back from Faux News after losing the 2012 election.  If that person who slow jammed with Jimmy Fallon had run, I'd have STILL voted for Obama because Rmoney came off as needing Robin Leach announcing his campaign ads in any case.

cretinbob: fark Mitt Romney.

I have to think that Mitt is just stumbling around his mansion, hopped up on marshmellow topping spooned out of a jar, all the while mumbling, "what the fark am I going to do with the rest of my life" as he mentally calculates exactly how he is going to spend a $600 million fortune right down to his 14th waverunner and his 137th Honeybaked ham, all itemized in a manner to maximize tax writeoff benefits.

It's one thing to say he's trying to soften his image, for whatever reason. That's not unreasonable. To say Mitt Romney is going on Jimmy Fallon to help when his children may or may not run to office is tough insane. On the other hand, a politician is capable of doing something for the sake of doing it. Your cynicism doesn't make it impossible, just impossible for you to accept it.

I wonder what my ulterior motive for this post is.

Sorry, didn't mean to tough insane there.

"Say" implies statement. I said "top guess". That was speculation not statement.

That noted, at least it is an attributable reason.

"Doing something for the sake of doing it" is a touch naive particularly when dealing with a politician like Mitt.

He's plugging a biography/documentary. Did you guys not watch the clip?

You'll probably see more of him over the next little while, doing the media junket. Good Morning America, Fox & Friends, etc...

I made a typo, you win. But really, my point is how asinine the idea of him doing this to better a potential future political career for one or some of his children. It's just a ridiculous conclusion to come to when he is blatantly pushing his documentary,

No... I didn't watch the clip. I also won't be seeing more of him on those shows since I don't watch those shows or even those channels. That being said, you're probably right about that being just a part of his documentary promotion. However, "junket" is probably the wrong term since he isn't doing it on public funds (that I'm aware of). A "junket" usually pertains to a 'public official' (which he is not, thankfully, anymore) on a media tour that is being paid for by public money (which I doubt it is).
