FAFA: "One neighbor accused Bieber of spitting in his face during a heated confrontation last March. Deputies have responded to complaints about loud parties at Bieber's place. "

Can someone wipe this shiatstain already? It's starting to stink up the place.

No pity for this idiot. I hope he eventually pisses off the wrong type of person.

Gotfire: Justin Bieber is the worst type of person.

Rich and insulated from reality by everyone around him who considers him a source of income rather than a real person?

"The Florida arrest likely won't affect Bieber's immigration status.

According to U.S. immigration law, authorities do not revoke an individual's visa unless the person has been convicted of a violent crime or been sentenced to more than one year imprisonment.

Immigration attorney Ira Kurzban says neither driving under the influence nor driving without a license can make an individual eligible for deportation. Nor would either of those offenses keep Bieber from being readmitted into the U.S."

I wonder how many people who just want to hate on Beiber will come into this thread pissed off that the bond is low because they have no idea what a bond is actually used for or how it gets set?

/ not that I mean to imply there's anything wrong with seeking reasons to hate on Justin Beiber

Meh. If that is the standard bond for a minor DUI, then that is fine.

We all want celebrities to get treated the same in the justice system as normal folk.

It was a rented Lambo and it and the other dude's rented Ferrari were towed. I'm sure the rental company is thrilled.

Wait? What? A DUI is totally enough to get you deported. Even if you have a green card. I worked in immigration issue and the attorneys who work immigration generally advises people not to drink and drive at all. Like a DUI charge is technically enough to get you deported. Again, this is a celebrity so different rules, but that has been the consistent factor in a lot of these cases.

Also, falsifying citizenship under any circumstances is grounds for permanent exile. As in bye, you are never coming back.

Bail isn't about whether you like the guy. It's about "will he flee?" and I can't imagine that Justin Bieber is prepared to pull a Polanski and never set foot in the U$A again.

Lets see:

A petition on WhiteHouse.gov to deport Bieber.

The shiats going down in the Ukraine and being ignored by North America.

Morans on Fark pissing their pants arguing about a little rich white-kid getting his pinky slapped While a Florida Prosecutor is obstructing justice by not filing deportation papers, while also ignoring all Biebers accomplices(intersection block) in the drag racing.

Poor kids being executed by the police for daring to cause them to miss lunch-time.

FTFA: A neighbor had previously accused Bieber of spitting in his face, and a paparazzo called deputies after he said Bieber kicked him, but prosecutors declined to file charges in either instance.

Either those prosecutors have teenage daughters, or there was not enough evidence. However, considering that for example, my FIL was charged with harassment for pushing past someone to leave a room during a verbal argument, I'm thinking there is more than a little celebrity privilege going on. For the record I'm just using that example because it's one of the dumber one's I've encountered and can verify, not because of personal emotional involvement. My FIL can be a jerk sometimes.

It's probablly not realistic that in the short time he was in jail, that someone made him their biatch.

The only charges against him that are on the table are for the charges in Florida. When/if he gets arrested for those others, wherever they occurred, then he can get his fair shake at those charges.

Seeking?  He's providing the reasons willingly and the media is obligingly passing them on.

Point is, prosecutors declined to prosecute for allegedly kicking someone. Most people get accused of that, witnesses or not, there's at least going to be a hearing.
