If weed were legal, people wouldn't be smoking chemicals from under the kitchen sink.

I'm not sure that is entirely true.  If alcohol isn't cutting it and you are desperate enough to brew up some meth / speed, things have spiraled a bit out of control.

People would still be smoking chemicals from under their kitchen.

Lots of people are very curious or very stupid. Sometimes both.

Meth labs and grow ops in farmhouses and suburban bungalows. You know what this means.

Urban crime has been outsourced to the peasants.

Well, Jon Vogl is the name of a guy that worked in the sound department on one of the Shrek movies.  Jon is sorta like John, and Shrek kinda looks Sloth, so...

HAHAHA... good one subby, you are a comedic genius!

People would still be smoking chemicals from under their kitchen.

Not if you were required by law to smoke weed.

Sloth was played by John Matuszak and Chunk was played by Jeff Cohen.

Clearly the story about meth users John Vogl and Cassandra Kidder means "Make a Goonies reference" to a meth addicted submitter.
