buzzcut73: That's one thing that keeps me from getting a place out in the country--I much prefer natural gas that's been piped straight to the house for my heating and cooking needs, rather than something that has to be stored in a tank and delivered when everybody else needs some too, which can cause the price to fluctuate daily, rather than seasonally.Natual gas outages can happen, but they're relatively rare compared to the near constant shortages of propane during cold snaps like this one.
