Staffist: I've known a few 3-legged dogs in my life, and they've all been oblivious to that condition.  And I've known a blind dog who didn't seem too bothered by that disability either (while in the company of their seeing human).  Never known one with both challenges, though.

At least we can take some comfort in the fact that dogs have much crappier sight than we do but amazingly superior sense of smell. They experience the world so much through scent and hearing already that losing their sight isn't quite as much a loss as it is for a human.
