Wal-Mart should just build employee housing close to the store location.  That way, they can provide all their needs for them.  In exchange, the workers can get Wal-Mart Coins they can spend on anything at all in the Wal-Mart they work at.  If they want that silly cash, they can exchange their Wal-Mart coins, 4:1.  It's a great deal, really.  Why would they want to go anywhere else?

I know this is a great new, never before tried solution but give it a chance.

You guys do realize that this extra $0.01/lb. is just going to get passed along to the consumer, right? So now because a bunch of bleeding-heart liberals had to throw a goddamn fit, I have to give another fraction of a cent of my hard earned money every time I buy a tomato just so that some filthy mexican can make a few more dollars per hour? We warned you that this would happen. We told you that if farmers had to start actually paying people something that could almost be considered a wage to pick their crops that you would be paying $20 for a tomato. So maybe the math off a tad, but now this nightmare that you all wanted has come to pass. I hope you're happy with yourselves. libtards!

NewportBarGuy: Remember when Sam Walton paid his workers well and gave them stock options? Those were good times. Too bad his kids are such f*cking assholes.

If people want a job that pays a good wage, maybe they need to get a marketable skill.  There's a reason why stocking shelves and punching keys on a cash register pays minimum wage.
