I assume they're talking about an oyster shucking machine and not a corn shucking machine.
Still, how does this manage to kill you?

/Shucks to be him.
//Ok, I'll go now.
///Sorry.

Yeah, we called beating off "shucking" quite a bit back in college.  Of the corn variety, for NutWrench's benefit ;-)

That would be a helluva way to go, though.

"He let out his last breath through his penis."

What's the difference between a seafood plant worker with epilepsy, and a whore with diarrhea?
The seafood plant worker has fits after he shucks.

Machine wasn't actually turned off? Interlocks weren't engaged?

Oh how awful. Did he at least die painlessly? To shreds you say, tsk tsk tsk. Well, how's his wife holding up? To shreds you say?

Sounds like something that would happen on Six Feet Under.  Was there enough left for Rico to give him an open casket?

Well, you see, when the machine moves from position A to position B and the human body is between position A and B, the human parts are separated. Human parts, when separated from the whole, don't work. That's a killin'.

You may want to avoid the chowder for awhile.

The Dynotherms weren't connected in time. Alternatively Daniel didn't use his VoltCom Power to form Voltron Quickly enough.

The old shuck and chuck trick.  Missed it by that much, Chief.

I'm going to go ahead and guess they weren't following all the proper safety procedures.  Step 1.  Turn off the farking rotary turbine engine.

Police said in an e-mail that it took the fire department nearly an hour to free Gerena after partially dismantling the machine. He was pronounced dead at the scene and police are investigating.

Maybe it would have been easier to pronounce him dead then just let the machine keep running until Victor was fully processed. Not tasteful or respectful but easier.

Andy Warhol warned us that we would all get fifteen minutes in the future, but I pity the man the high price he paid for his shucking fame.

Shucking fame.

Yes I did.
