That gnome in the garden isn't a statue.

They call the above-ground pool Loch Ness.

If I lived in that area I'd buy that house in a heartbeat.

Also slightly not amused by your used car ads, yelp reviews and amazon reviews. Not everyone can be a comedian, so atop trying so hard.

I live in that area and it isn't the haunting that is scaring people away. Real estate is cheap here relatively and that price is way over-priced. This seems like a marketing ploy. More and more people are advertising homes in New Jersey papers and other well off areas where others may be fooled into thinking they are getting a deal.

My last home (remodeled but similar)in a nearby area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sold for $60,000 5 years ago.

Like anyone would want to live in an overpriced house that makes a variety of noises while they're trying to sleep.

Lots of very nice, old houses in Dunmore and all around this area. I live a few towns up the line from there - my house was built in 1930 and is one of the newer homes we looked at

/my house does not appear to be haunted though
//the green paint in the hallway is ugly, but not haunted
