John Buck 41: zappaisfrank: John Buck 41: BeatrixK: It's a scary day for 60's/70's TV folk.

Anyone heard from Florence Henderson or Ann B. Davis?

Jerry Van Dyke?

Barbara Eden?

Larrry Hagma...uh, never mind. Ok, Bill Daly?

Bob Newhart is another actor getting up there in years, as is Kirk Douglas.

FrancoFile: Bathia_Mapes: FrancoFile: Wow, an actual celebrity death trifecta in play.  Two of the best supporting roles in 60s/70s TV.  If Marian Ross kicks the bucket today I'm gonna get worried.

If Abe Vigoda dies all hell will break loose on fark.

That would be the mother of all RIP threads.

Right up there with "here's a Bea Arthur article you cannot fap to" when she died.

fusillade762: Who will live longer: Abe Vigoda or Cher? Taking bets...

About 4 yrs ago, I was visiting my mom, who was in her 80's and in failing health (That point in time being a very low point and the reason for my visit as she had been in and out of the hospital for a month).  A story came on the news about Amy Winehouse. My mom, who claimed otherwise but loved all the "star" gossip in her old age, wasn't quite sure who she was, so I kind of explained to her Winehouse's claim to fame.

Sure enough, when Winehouse died a few months later, Mom calls me up and says - "So, I bet you never guessed I would outlive that Winehouse girl now did you?"  She had a warped sense of humor and it didn't skip a generation.

FlyingJ: Mr. Coffee Nerves I just got back from greasing the steps in front of Schneider's house - once my bookie pays off it's TF for everyone!

i figured that a "Duke Boys" reference but no-holy hell Pat Harrington's still alive

Bathia_Mapes  If Abe Vigoda dies all hell will break loose on fark.

Please, they said that about Jerry Garcia & Santa Cruz for years...

Guy I worked with in SF when Jerry died was so distraught he had to take the rest of the day off. Even crazier: they let him.

I wonder if the dead dude was getting royalties 'cause David Cassidy was arrested in few days ago?

Bathia_Mapes: Ruth Duccini, the last female Munchkin also passed away today, but there hasn't been a greenlit thread for her yet.

There was little news about her passing.

bingethinker: I'm having my usual problem. I thought both these guys died a couple of years ago.

What does erectile dysfunction have to do with it?

I got nothin' otherwise...never cared for the show except for Susan Dey...

She's right on the bubble of "would do" and "would institutionalize", isn't she?
