Look, when I get tossed in jail for an infraction like driving without a license, possession, hitting a pedestrian, etc., I understand that that becomes public record.

My choice of undergarment while committing that crime? That's MY f*cking business and doesn't need to be shared with the media, TYVM.

Let the first guy here who hasn't driven to Lowe's in a pair of frilly lace panties cast the first stone. Hell, I could go to Lowe's right now and record video of dozens of guys in their F-150's discreetly putting jeans on over their dainty underwear in the cab of their truck.

After initiating a traffic stop, the cop discovered that driver Guy Wable, 48, "was not wearing any pants and was wearing female underwear."
This, however, is not a crime.
