Suckmaster Burstingfoam: Who is she? Kurt Angle's wife?

So she'll be Sharron Jarrett eventually... just like Karen did!

Well, now I know why she wanted to be paid in chickens, she must go through 2 or 3 a day at this point.

The proposal, titled the Healthcare Freedom Protection Act, would need 101,000 signatures by June 17 in order to make it onto the ballot. It would then go to a vote in Nov. 2014 and again in 2016.

Nothing says "freedom" like limiting folks' options.

Mock if you must, but livestock is very good tool to barter with.

/Lots of Dairy Farmers in my family, A Holstein calf will bring $3-400 cash or about $500 cash equivalent on the barter market.

Only if the guy you're bartering with actually wants livestock.

Yes.  Chicken lady was the lady before her, Sue Lowden.  Sharron Angle was the "If I lose, we will pursue second amendment remedies" lady.  Or at least one of them.  She also did a lot of really weird avoiding the press.

Yeah, she was the one who lost to Angle in the primary. Forgot her name, and for the sake of keeping it that way, I refuse to take the question to Lord Google.

So Sharon Angle prefers direct Federal intervention in her state's affairs? Doesn't that make her a Democrat?

If approved, Angle's constitutional amendment would put the federal government in charge of providing Nevada residents with an insurance exchange.

So she is against the "federal government take over" so she wants the federal government to take over their state exchange.

Republicans make no sense to me.

She needs to be taken to Reno just so I can watch her die.

Lowden, the Chicken Lady, was somewhat less terrifying and much more attractive than Angle.  C'mon, subby, get your Little Miss Republican Crazypant's sorted out.

From another article:

Angle had perhaps the most extreme views of any of the tea party backed Senate candidates this cycle. In her career as a state legislator from a conservative district, Angle amassed a mind-boggling record of supporting Social Security privatization, Department of Education abolition, water defluoridation, and other positions far out of the mainstream.
Her rough edges made it difficult for her to run away from that record. It also made it difficult for her to run away from her controversial statements, including her call for "Second Amendment" remedies to Democratic rule, her unwillingness to answer questions until "I'm the Senator," and her announcement to a crowd full of Latino teens that "some of you look a little more Asian to me.

FTFA She did not run for elected office in 2012, saying instead she was focusing on making a documentary film about voter fraud.

That will be one short documentary.

Common sense doesn't mean much to them.  In their minds, that means they can claim their state had nothing to do with Obamacare and it's all THE LIBERALS in WASHINGTON doing it.

I take issue with the idea that lemons are some terrible thing only made bearable by making lemonade from them.

Lemons are awesome.

Exactly. Chicken lady was *(semi-)sane* choice in that GOP primary. Sharron Angle was the totally-batshiat-crazy one, but she wasn't the one who thought you should bargain for healthcare with chickens.
