Cops have been militarized. They are your owners and above the law. This should come as a shock to absolutely no one.

Still unclear on why the feds haven't jammed a scope up the ass of ALL of the involved police departments out there. They were running execution squads, really dumb ones at that.

The cops in LA shot up 2 older hispanic ladies and 1 white guy in the mistaken belief they were a large black man. Is there no trainimg or management to tell them to identify the target before opening fire?

They act less like police and more like irregular troops.  Giving them a license to kill is awful.

So in two days cops have gotten away with killing and maiming people for the heck of it. They were scared. So they can kill. I'm scared too. Can I start killing them? Seems fair to me.

/ guess not. I'm poor.

Dorner's truck: Nissan Titan.

Shot-up truck in picture: Honda Ridgeline.

Did they just shoot up any black Japanese pickup that morning? Even if you are so stupid that you can't tell a Nissan from a Honda a block away, nowadays the manufacturers add nice little badges on the rear of the vehicle to identify the make and model.....

The driver had just left a police checkpoint when this happened.

From the same day:

On Friday, Kathy Merkosky, 53, was outside her stucco home pointing out the six bullet holes that pierced the bumper and grille of her silver Acura MDX. She knew her SUV was damaged when she spotted it on television and "saw fluid flowing into the street." Her radiator was busted, she said.

Her Ford Focus had two bullet holes as well -- one bullet shattered the windshield and another penetrated her front left tire. ...

While out surveying the damage, he counted five bullets in his entryway, a bullet hole in his garage door, two bullets hits his silver Lexus and another bullet grazed the hood of his Oldsmobile.

"We are lucky because our cars are drivable, unlike our neighbors'," he said. ...

"That's why we live here because it is safe," said the cardiologist technician. "It's ironic that the only violence we experienced here is from LAPD."

The LAPD shot up random cars and the neighborhood beyond. They were completely out of control and acting like a gang saying, "Don't fark with us!" If you've kept up with the LAPD's corruption and other issues you might be forgiven for concluding they are just a gang with badges.

Hey, the guys truck matched the description of Dorner's, except for small details like the make and color.

Please tell me you don't believe LAPD is some isolated case. They're no different from the cops in your town or any other city/town in the US.

Just as corrupt, just as evil, just as violent, just as offensive.

Cops need to be made to suffer as much as possible in the performance of their stupid self-proclaimed martyrdoms.
When they suffer, they feel more alive.
Suffering gives cops purpose and meaning.

Protect and serve indeed.

law abiding citizen with guns = good

Lets forget that with all the traffic stop and incidences that cops have to go through that the mistakes are so few that it is almost insignificant statistically.

COPS ARE BAD!!!

Murder is a mistake now? Shooting people up that are clearly not the person they were looking for is a mistake?  Its called proper training and common sense.   I dunno how you can spin it like that but you did it.

Traffic stops on busy roads usually causes more accidents than helping anything.

It's important that we hold law enforcement officers to a lower standard of conduct than civilians, because their job is statistically almost as dangerous as fishing, roofing, or delivering pizzas.

I'll have you know, pizza delivery men shoot the wrong person all the time.  Just the other day, a pizza delivery man shot at me.  They said it was justified, because another pizza guy was being stiffed at that same exact time, and he thought he was going to be the next victim.  He delivered to the wrong address (I hadn't even ordered a pizza), so of course he was going to be on edge when I told him I didn't want the pizza.  It was all a terrible misunderstanding, and he missed due to his poor aim.  No harm no foul.  Because it was a reasonable mistake, there was no reprimand.  I hear he's now the manager of a pizzeria in Anaheim, and he has only shot 3 people since then.  The first was due to him putting pineapples instead of olives onto the pizza, the second due to pesto sauce instead of tomato, and the third making a thin crust instead of deep dish.  All were justified as a reasonable mistake due to the stress inherent to the job.

The officer then realized his mistake. Dorner was black. Perdue was white.

The implication being if the random stranger was black they would have carried on pumping bullets into him.

Ugh.  Just....a horrible thought.

Also, I cannot believe the two ladies in that Toyota were not killed.  Maybe vehicles provide decent protection against bullets?  And maybe the bed was filled with newspapers, which helped stop the bullets?  I have been wondering all this time how they did not die.

We need some lawsuitin'.  The Fullerton folks, too.  Bring on the civil trials and the Federal investigations, please.  We seem to be incapable/unwilling to take care of our own police forces.

You'd think that the police were properly trained to be calm, logical, and controlled during stressful situations. So being anxious and afraid only means that the police involved were completely incompetent.

But that's just stating the obvious.

Cops are scared sissy pussies.  They are only tough when they have three other jack booted thugs with them to beat taze and plant dope on innocent old ladies.
Never trust a pig.  They view everybody that is not a pig as the enemy.  Their job is not to "protect and serve".  They are merely here to generate revenue for the state.  They follow the motto of "intimidate and extort".
