Well it's not like he doesn't have money to burn on a lawsuit which will almost literally be laughed out of court.

The dumb part about this is: his lawyers put in the decision on the arbitration hearing in their papers.  He outed himself as a lying sack of s**t; we already knew this, but he pretty much admitted it.

From what I've read in the Daily News, A-fraud's lawyers wanted certain parts of the decision redacted so they could file it in federal court and the judge said it wouldn't fly.  So they went ahead and filed the suit with the decision and not one page taken out of it.

Basically, he's been doping for three years beginning in July 2010 when his cousin Yuri Sucart and another man,  Jorge (Oggi) Velazquez, helped arrange a meeting between A-fraud and Bosch.  Used code words for all the crap he'd been injecting, swallowing, rubbing, etc. Horowitz found there was "just cause" for suspending A-fraud for the entire 2014 season because he violated the JDA.
