My ex said she was from Vermont when she was quite obviously Asian

I'm not particularly interested in having vermin in my mouth.

Fine. Virginia will have their lawyers get in touch with you over your use of "Newport".

Potentially good combination, really.

Asian women and maple syrup is always a good combination.

I need a Made in Vermont sticker.  I bet I'd sell better.

Incidentally, there's a Newport, Vermont as well.

A whole $60,000 tax deductible charity donation. I'm sure the company is shaking in it's boots

It had the desired effect: they corrected the label. They paid the state 30k (probably to cover legal fees). The food bank got even more money. How on earth could you have an issue with this settlement? Do you think the state deserves more from the corporate juggernaut "Ver'mints"?

Stupid.

It doesn't say made in Vermont. It say's "Vermont's", as if it is possessive of what Vermonters want or is endeared to them.

For example, if I were to market "Texas' Own Brains", I think I would be well within my right to create the boxes of cowshiat originating from any state or country.
