I suppose that's what I get for not reading the farking article, but in fact there were local and state elections in 2013.

Anonymous discussed the compromise of the FECs machines back in 2012. Anyone else remember the great OZ and a very good explanation for Romney not having a concession speeches and Rove`s breakdown?

It's easier to purchase a politician when campaign financing records dissapear. Campaign financing is not dependent upon an election year. The War Chest always accepts money.
