AlwaysRightBoy: Whoever is working on this project obviously hasn't worked with Chevy before. From what I've read he's high maintenance and very hard to work with./the dearth of talent in Hollywood continues
Eddy Gurge: I am willing to give it a shot. I think it would be funny if the kids changed actors each episode.
Lsherm: Aaron Kaplan (Terra Nova) is on board to exec produce the project, which is in the early stages of development for the 2015/2016 season. The search for a writer to pen the adaptation. It was probably going to suck, but with that little bit of information it's DEFINITELY going to suck.

shower_in_my_socks: I give mad props to what he did in the 1980s - Three Amigos and Funny Farm (yes) were a couple of favorites growing up, and Christmas Vacation is a classic. But I have zero faith in Chevy's taste level now, and not just because he didn't "get" Community. 2/3rds of the films he appeared in after 1989 I've never heard of. Between his insane ego and not seeming to know what's "hip" in comedy anymore, I have low expectations. I can see him crafting away at home after leaving Community: "I'll show those dumb kids what FUNNY is..."And then there's the mystery of how a professional actor lets himself get so pudgy and old looking - we're all aging, but it's like he wants people to know by his physical appearance that he no longer gives a fark.
