That is a great idea. Throw down some logs to push against, and it's a done deal.

I got a little filterpwned on the headline. There were supposed to be exclamation points in there. I'll leave it to you to determine where they should have been, and to mock me appropriately for running afoul of the the filter.

No exclamations in the headline, except on rare occasions. Trust me, I've wanted to use them for years.

Plant Rights Activist: must be nice to not have any wind

Or mosquitoes

FTA: What's better than sitting around a campfire in the summer evenings? A beautiful summer evening with a backyard fire pit is the perfect gathering spot for family and friends.

Summer? Ah, yes, its already 85 degrees with 90% relative humidity. And it won't be twilight until 9:30. I know, we'll build a fire!

Also FTA: How does it look this place ?  So, they accidentally the whole thing?

Also the material list didn't include five swinging benches, a fire pit and an assload of gravel. What's that, just an extra 1,000 bucks or so?

Someone really went to a lot of trouble for that.

"6- Bags of Sacreete (or Quickcreete - whatever you call it) one for each upright."

1 bag of cement is no where near enough to hold an upright of that size, this thing is going to start leaning within a year and fall over in two.
