still, the NFL should make sure they get it right. they have their integrity to cons...

wow, i couldn't even type that with a straight face.

As much as I hate Manning, I don't think it would be right to take away his record at this point, since if he had been a few yards short of the record at the time when he was pulled from the game, he would have been left in until to got it.

That's why you don't quit right at the record.  Add another 20-30 yards for safety.

MugzyBrown: Marisyana: There's a video floating around where he completely loses his shiat on the sideline and screams at Jeff Saturday to "stop calling the farking plays!"  Should be easy enough to Google

I like the one where his right tackle, I believe, blows a block, and you can hear Peyton yell as he's scrambling to the sideline: "COME ON _______!"

It was Donald Brown. I still hear "Dammit Donald!" in my head every time his name is mentioned.

HotWingAgenda: That's a pretty specious argument, there. I'm not buying it.

Especially since he was benched the second half, the writer is a moron and if the NFL does take it away I would hate to be an NFL defensive coordinator in the playoffs and next year too.

Peyton seems to be the kind who gets calm when he's mad and thats not a good thing.

Right, because that was the only questionable forward pass vs. lateral call in any of their combined 32 games, and absolutely every reception or incompletion or PI call/noncall for either of them was called correctly and every pass play always results in an exactly even number of yards gained and the ball is spotted absolutely perfectly by the refs on every single play.

Both their numbers might be off by 100 yards in either direction from the "real" number.  Hell, Dan Marino might still be the actual record holder.

/Human element, biatches.  Deal with it.

They should let Drew have his now tainted record.  Peyton has the TDs per season record, and he'll get the well-deserved AFC MVP of 2013.  And when he loses in his first game of the playoffs, he'll have more time to make commercials.  It's wins for everyone.

Won't matter if he gets a ring.
