IT BEGINS

Kubiak a few weeks ago
Chudzinski last night
Shanny this morning
Frazier next

I wonder who is #5?

So now its Texans, Vikes, Browns, Skins, and (hopefully) the Lions.  Anyone else looking for a new coach?

If nothing else, for the creepy-molestor-looking lulz

Considering the shiat they gave him at QB, I think this was kind of crap.  Though I wouldn't want to extend him either.  I think there will be a lot of bitter players.

If Greg Schiano is not one of the first five coaches fired this year, then something is disastrously wrong.

I woke up this morning hoping to read Schiano and GM Dominick were gone. Disappointed does not begin to cover it.

Maybe when the Lions can Schwartz, we can get Shanahan.

2013-12-30 10:51:05 AM
Meh, knew it was coming. Not sure how I really feel. I don't think it's Fraziers fault, but he's not helping. Off the top of my head this is a team that lost 4-5 games in the last minute, so it's not like they weren't competitive.

Lots of change is probably coming and needed for the Vikings. It will be a very interesting off-season.

Schwartz really needs to go.

I respect Mike Shanahan for his deviousosity, but I wouldn't let his kid anywhere near Matt Stafford.

2013-12-30 11:00:29 AM
Frazier wasn't a terrible coach, but how hard is it to call, "hand it to AP left, hand it to AP right, might as well punt, hope Sherrels gets a huge return, rinse, repeat.". At least we tied that powerhouse.

2013-12-30 11:01:44 AM
Hope Swartzenator keeps his job, for the lulz obviously.

I wouldn't wish that on Megatron.  I know he has some rings but Shanahanigans requires a top 5 All-Time QB for success.  Now his worthless token of nepotism is along for the ride making him even more predictable there is virtually no chance he will be successful again.  I would wish him on Jerry Jones or Robert Kraft but that's about it.

Bill Belicheck hired in 2000
111 new head coaches since then.
Belicheck was a genius for not keeping the Jets job he was handed.

#2 on the seniority list is Marvin Lewis. As a Bengals fan I'm neither disappointed nor thrilled by this. I wouldn't mind to see him go, but chances are you end up worse off.

The Bengals are like the Washington Racial Slurs and the Cowboys. Until something's done about the boneheaded incompetence at the top, nothing will save them.

They have a shot at a decent QB but they should be forced under the Barry Sanders clause to let Adrian Pederson go.  He's toiled on shiatty teams enough.  Give them a compesatory pick at the end of the first as compensation.

THIS

Non-Elway based playoff wins: 1
Terrell Davis didn't hurt either for his 'genius' run schemes.

Also how the fark is Jim Haslett still employed by any NFL franchise.

The Bengals have been pretty successful with Lewis and cheap-ass bullshiat owners.  Lewis deserves a congressional medal and a shot with a good owner.

YOU SHUT YOUR WHORE MOUTH. I don't want to see Purple Jesus in another uniform. I don't care how selfish that makes me. He's the one reason I could keep watching this team this year.

QB help is a given. Changes on Defense are also painfully necessary. I'm not sure I have faith in Spielman to get things done. Maybe a change at GM is also in order at this point.

Mike Shanahan, what are you doing here? And you brought Jay Cutler with you?

The exact look on Fraziers face as he was handed his walking papers. I like Frazier as a coach just not as a head coach and Musgrave needs to be given the ax as well.

Frazier seems like a good guy and all the players like him, but he just let too many winnable games slip away in the final minutes to keep a head coaching job.

2013-12-30 11:44:52 AM
Well, keep in mind it'll cost the Fords somewhere between 12 and 15 million to cut the Schwarz.

..

Also, the Bucs just fired EVERYBODY. GM, Schiano, the whole staff, everybody is gone

His final straw with me was the end of the Skins game where the clock was winding down, the Skins were out of timeouts and Frazier called TWO TIMEOUTS after the 2-minute warning. TWO!!! I hated that we won that game.
