That was one of the funnest games that I've seen this year.  And by "funnest" I mean "Holy f**k, thank God we're hosting San Francisco because our D is so bad we'd be toast if we played them in warm weather".

/The next couple of days are going to be highs in the single digits...let's hope the weather holds through the weekend.

I know I'm in the extreme minority here, but I'd much rather have sourpussCuttyface any day than THAT as the image I want to represent my quarterback.

Rodgers, go back to playing your acoustic guitar on the beach waiting for that special someone.

And much like Tony Romo, we'll get to hear about how Cutler can't win "the big game" for the next 6 months.

Probably my favorite botched Bears defensive play was the short pass that the GB running back turned into a 19 yard gain surrounded by 4 Bears defenders...and somehow 3 of them didn't even touch the ball carrier.

Great headline.  I was disappointed I didn't get to see this game.  On the other hand, I did get to see the Patriots actually have a working running game.  So that was unexpected.

I like how some shiatty sports web sites are calling the Rodgers to Cobb pass a "miracle play."  Have they seen the Bears secondary?

Well played Subs. Well played.

At the very least, Headline of the Week, and i hope to see it again in the postseason.

My favorite was the pick six by BJ Raji during the NFC championship game

Yeah, 1 penalty called on the Packers.  There should be an investigation!  How dare they call a penalty on the Packers.  It was Rodgers big return and the refs marred it, with that penalty.

I get to be a 9'ers fan next week. I'll enjoy watching the Packers get their tongues pull out their azzholes.

2013-12-29 11:04:16 PM
....And it was an incomplete pass, NOT a fumble.

Coaching mistake.  Blitzing Aaron Rodgers on fourth down with the game on the line is not the play to make.

Which is bullshiat.   In no way was that loss Cutler's fault.

Agreed. A person being wide open is not a miracle. Cobb wasn't 5 yards off the line and he threw his hand up because he knew he was going to be uncovered downfield. That's good awareness, communication, and execution on offense against an overly (and unnecessarily?) aggressive defensive call.

Especially not on 4th and long.  Sure, pack the box on 4th and short because you expect the run, but that play was 4th and 8.  You don't need a sack, you just need to contain.  Blitzing was a bad call on that play.
