I don't believe she was squeaky clean for 17 years and then threw it all away for some guy.

I'm sure she isn't the first person who joined the academy thinking the best way to succeed in a life of crime is to also be a cop.

Im sorry but there are things missing from the story. First. Im sorry but it takes more than just knowing or moving in with a felon for IA to start an investigation. Second. Im sorry she had a stroke. But if it was due stress. I dont buy it. Im thinking od or something. I really dont care about the money problems or getting divorced. Thats a non issue to me. Im sorry lie I said. My BS meter is slightly going off.

Probably on $30 hydrocodone pills. After hearing your boyfriends passing them off for $20, it's gotta be a shock to the old system...

Depends on the milligrams.  Up here in Washington it's $1/mg.  30mg Oxy = $30.

/$500 a week oxy habit

///don't judge, at this point it's to prevent withdrawals, there is no "high"

hydrocodone is NOT oxycodone, nothing even close. Maybe the article messed that up. I totally can see oxy going for 20 a pill, not hydro.

There is no "for good" as long as the sentences for the criminal acts they have committed are shorter than their expected lifetime.

It's a math thing. You wouldn't understand.

kombi: m sorry but it takes more than just knowing or moving in with a felon for IA to start an investigation.

Actually no. Felons are not allowed to be in possession of firearms at all anywhere in the US. And living in the same house as someone who owns guns counts. Since police are required to have firearms, he would be committing another felony by living with her. And she would be aiding in that felony by allowing it to happen. That is certainly grounds for an investigation.

2013-12-28 02:15:12 AM
Most departments have polices against associating with convicted felons.

We had a black female sergeant test positive for cocaine years ago. The excuse given was that she was giving her husband oral sex and that he had cocaine on his penis. Somehow, she wasn't fired. I think that story is pertinent to the situation in TFA.
