Every cartoon made after I turned 10 sucks ass.

Okay, except The Simpsons.....and King of the Hill....and Family Guy.....and Futurama....maybe Beavis & Butthead and early seasons of South Park

But except for all that, Tiny Toons and shiat like Scrappy Doo and yes, Sponge Bob and Archer all too suck.

Sorry, I know some of you like Sponge Bob and Archer.  I tried to watch those shows, but they just seemed dumb to me.  I probably wasn't drunk or stoned enough when I saw them.

Perhaps if we look a little deeper at the fact that they are looking for beefs even in such inconsequential places such as Looney Tunes, which might shed light on other things.

South Park has been on point lately. Two seasons ago it felt like it was losing steam but 2012 and 2013 have been good years.

I also feel that the first few seasons of South Park don't age nearly as well as the newer episodes.

Best Family guy episode was the one where Peter breaks the fourth wall and tells you that you shouldn't watch this crap. Last episode I ever watched, cuz darn it if Peter wasn't always right.

buckler: This is the only guy I can think of who consistently (but not ultimately) got the better of Bugs Bunny.

As has been pointed out upthread, Bugs *always* lost the race to Cecil Turtle.  Always.  Not to mention that Elmer-freakin'-FUDD even managed to best the bunny - not Once, but TWICE!

I don't have time to look up the titles right now, but:

1) The time millionaire Elmer was in a 'rest home' (thought he was a rabbit, poor chap) and managed to trick Bugs into taking his place, and hypnotized him (Bugs, repeating 'I am Elmer J. Fudd, millionaire.  I own a mansion and a yacht.', ad infinitum).  And when the nice men from the IRS came to drag Bugs away for back taxes, Elmer, still in his bunny suit, broke the fourth wall to proclaim "I may be cwazy, but I'm not goin' to Alcatwaz!" and hopped away.

2) The time Elmer tried hypnosis to capture Bugs.  Bugs decided, for a joke, to hypnotize Elmer and make *him* think *He* was a rabbit.  Poor Bugs - he forgot WHO IT WAS who taught Elmer WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A RABBIT!  So, Elmer was given free reign to start throwing all of Bugs' schtick right back at him.

Another fun trick - put the old 'Toons on the DVD player and start keeping score, points for Bugs and points for the opponent.  'Bully for Bugs' started out pretty even, alternating points back and forth between the Bull and the Bunny - but at the end, Bugs won in a walkaway.  The ones with Bugs and 'Da Crusher' also lend themselves well to scoring.

Sure, but the first features Porky before the hunter side of his character was forked off to form Elmer Fudd(not Egghead) and the rabbit in that is virtually unidentifiable with Bugs Bunny.
The second isn't much of a Porky short as it has no dialogue, and is also prior to the Elmer persona fork.
