Mister Peejay: Fano: PS: passenger jets aren't any more advanced since 1950

In what way?

We can't make them faster for logistics/noise reasons.  But we are making them quieter, larger, more efficient, and you may have noticed that they fall out of the sky a hell of a lot less often.

ThatBillmanGuy: Begoggle: Finally a Quality Application for 3D printing.

Last I saw, on Christmas he was shiatting all over a thread about some guy getting his car damaged at a Walmart or something, insisting someone in that thread explain to him how to fix the cars using parts made by a 3D printer. When no one, not even the article had made any mention of 3D printing. I guess he's just going to random threads, now.

Oh, Space Bevets has been doing that for some time now.  I may have even seen him throw up one of his unbidden rants in the sports tab, even.

And the liver they use as "ink" is still cheaper than the ink I need to buy for my HP printer.

PS: passenger jets aren't any more advanced since 1950 and we have discovered all the elements on the periodic table, at least the Deathless Atoms, decades ago.
