Just wait till Frieda Johnson gets that gift membership to Curves from her husband Phil for Christmas.

Wow.  Now, I wonder if we can manage to piece together what the longest record between known shootings or murders is going back to some point when things were really shiatty, like the 80's?

Nina Haagen Dazs: That they know of.

Really. It's not like they have the manpower to sweep all the abandoned properties every day for corpses.

I'm sure the ice storm, massive power outages, then more colder temps and more snow since the weekend has nothing to do with everybody wanting to stay indoors for warmth.  Even if they want to kill someone, they'll wait till it is warmer and don't need a still warm body next to them.

/Thousands are still without power and it was 6 degrees F this morning

Well, shiat. Ain't nobody in Detroit got no money for bullets...

Farking media.
You have to actually have people there for True Crime to occur.

Unless it is Cyber Crime by the NSA, on time, all the time.

Shh, don't be showing the grabbers a working plan.

They are referring to shootings by the police themselves?

Experts believe this may be due to the Lions soul-crushing loss on Sunday, sending all residents to slink into a hole somewhere.

Nothing To See Here: Man, I wish it would snow in Oakland . . .

The ice storm coated the trees making them glisten and sparkle, then we go a couple inches of fluffy snow that also stuck the trees.  It is so incredibly beautiful outside, but if you want to have a taste of what we are dealing with then this is what you need to do.  Turn off all your power, open your doors and windows, and strip to your undies and sit like that for hours.  Enjoy.

Good thing he also got her that new carpet steamer to get the brain stain out of the living room berber.

I live in grand blanc, about 75 min north of Detroit, it's night and day weather between the two. 140k+ still w/o power since Saturday, estimated times to be back on around 12/28 and Christmas was supposed to be at my house this year. Fun times. Luckily I have family in Oakland county so we moved it to there, but still running back every other day to make sure the pipes don't freeze in our subarctic temps.

Yes, they do, they stole it from rival drug dealers after they killed them.

But of course.

We're bad, not evil.

Everything you said. We're in the Lansing area and feel incredibly lucky to have not lost power. But goddamn, it is so beautiful outside.

Minneapolis is usually murder free in January.  Too cold to hate.

We had the same thread last year.

The odds were either dead bodies hidden by the cold or in foreclosed houses.

The other alternative was just too cold to leave the house.
